Der Vogtturm befindet sich im Fuscher- oder Thurnhaus in der Stadt Zell am See im Salzburger Land an der Ecke des Stadtplatzes zur Dreifaltigkeitsgasse und dem Turmplatzl. Die Bezeichnung Kastnerturm geht auf die langjährige Besitzerfamilie Kastner zurück, Fuscher- oder Thurnhaus wurde der Turm in alten Urbaren genannt.
