Stift Fischbeck ist ein Kanonissenstift im Hessisch Oldendorfer Stadtteil Fischbeck in Niedersachsen.
Das Stift Fischbeck wurde 955 durch die adlige Helmburgis gegründet, die mit den Ecbertinern verwandt war. Das Grundstück, auf dem das Stift steht, wurde ihr von König Otto I. geschenkt, der das Stift als unabhängiges Schutzkloster unter seinen Schutz stellte. 1147 schenkte der römisch-deutsche König Konrad III. die Stifte Fischbeck und Kemnade der Benediktinerabtei Corvey, Fischbeck konnte aber mit Unterstützung Heinrichs des Löwen seine Unabhängigkeit bewahren.
