Llanedeyrn High School (Welsh: Ysgol Uwchradd Llanedern) is a comprehensive school located in the Llanedeyrn area of Cardiff, Wales. It opened in 1970 as the first purpose-built comprehensive school in Wales. From September 2011 the school did not take in any new pupils at Year 7.The current year 11 pupils will finish this summer then the school will close. The school’s playing fields were taken over by St Teilo’s Church in Wales High School, which moved from its former location in Penylan to new buildings on Llanedeyrn High School’s former playing fields.
