Walking in nature helps concentration

Did you know that walking in nature improves a child's concentration! That's what the NewScientist reports, based on  the research of Andrea Faber Taylor and Frances Kuo (University of Illinois) in the november 6  2010 magazine. The study found that children with ADHD concentrated better after a walk in the park - about as well as if they had taken standard medication. Interested in this research? Read more about it here...
