On Tuesday 17th August, I will be taking part in the first annual 3 countries in 3 days cycle tour.
First day - France, second day - Belgium, third day - Holland.
This is what I've been training for this year - battling with trying to get fit alongside trying to lose weight - they dont seem to mix very well but nevertheless I have lost 8.7kg since the start of the year so that will be less weight to carry up the hills/through the wind (ask Dutch Hills in Holland).
