L'église visible actuellement fut reconstruite en 1932 par l'architecte Paul-Albert Müller (à l'instar de celles de Martigny-Courpierre et Brancourt-en-Laonnois) dans le style Art déco.
A voir à l'intérieur les vitraux créés par le verrier Louis Barillet, et surtout la nef de béton peinte en bleu, qui lui confère cette si étrange atmosphère...
