Gandino [ɡanˈdiːno] è un comune italiano di 5 191 abitanti della provincia di Bergamo in Lombardia. Situato in Val Gandino, alla sinistra orografica del fiume Serio, dista circa 24 chilometri a nord-est dal capoluogo orobico ed è compreso nella Comunità montana della Valle Seriana.
Il territorio comunale si sviluppa presso la parte terminale dell'altipiano della val Gandino, che deve il proprio nome al paese stesso, a un'altezza di compresa tra i 465 m s.l.m. del fondovalle ed i 1.636 del Pizzo Formico.
Il nucleo abitativo del capoluogo è raccolto attorno al centro storico e distribuito in modo uniforme, mentre più a monte sono poste le due frazioni Cirano, nella stretta val d'Agro, e Barzizza, sulle pendici del monte Farno in direzione nord-ovest del territorio
