Die Vinkemolen ist ein Standerdmolen in der belgischen Gemeinde Sint-Denijs-Boekel.
Die Mühle stand ursprünglich in Oosterzele, wo sie 1586 erstmals als Mühle auf der Vyncke erwähnt wurde. Sie wurde 1790 an die Geraardsbergsesteenweg, nördlich des Oosterzeeler Dorfkerns, versetzt.
Bis 1956 mahlte die Mühle. 1968 wurde die Außenseite restauriert, wobei ein neu geschweißter Flügel angebracht wurde. Am 27. November 1983 wurde die Mühle umgeweht; mit dem Wiederaufbau ließ man sich Zeit.
In Franskouter wurde 2002-2003 die Vinkemolen an dem Ort wiederaufgebaut, wo 1946 eine andere Standerdmolen, die Franskouterwindmolen (16. Jahrhundert), abgerissen wurde. Die Einweihung fand im August 2003 statt.
