Lecelles ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 2847 Einwohnern im Département Nord in der Region Hauts-de-France. Administrativ ist die Gemeinde dem Arrondissement Valenciennes zugeteilt; sie gehört zum Kanton Saint-Amand-les-Eaux . Die Einwohner werden Lecellois genannt.Lecelles befindet sich in Französisch-Flandern an der belgischen Grenze. Durch die Gemeinde fließt der kleine Fluss Elnon. Umgeben wird Lecelles von den Nachbargemeinden Brunehaut im Norden, Maulde im Nordosten, Thun-Saint-Amand im Osten und Nordosten, Nivelle im Osten, Saint-Amand-les-Eaux im Süden, Rosult im Südwesten, Saméon im Westen sowie Rumegies im Nordosten.
