Die Wolfsburg is een in 1302 voor het eerst documentair genoemde, middeleeuwse laagland- en waterburcht, die later veranderde in een renaissancekasteel. Het bevindt zich in het oostelijke Nedersaksen in de naar haar vernoemde stad Wolfsburg, waar het sinds 1961 eigendom van is.
Die Wolfsburg ontwikkelde zich van een woontoren aan de Aller tot een waterburcht met versterkingselementen. In de 17e eeuw werd het een representatief, maar toch verdedigbaar kasteel, dat de noordoostelijkste vertegenwoordiger van de Weserrenaissance is. Oprichter en bouwer was het adellijke geslacht van Bartensleben. Na de uitsterving van hun tak in 1742 ging de Wolfsburg door erfopvolging over op de graven van der Schulenburg.
