Berwick est un village et une paroisse civile dans le district de Wealden dans l'East Sussex en Angleterre. Le village se trouve immédiatement au sud de la route A27 entre Lewes et Polegate, à environ trois miles à l'ouest de ce dernier. La paroisse est située dans la plaine inondable de la rivière Cuckmere, au nord des South Downs.
Le nom de lieu 'Berwick' est attesté ici pour la première fois dans le Domesday Book de 1086, où il apparaît sous la forme Berewice. Le nom signifie 'ferme de maïs'.
