Deze brouwerij is gelukkig geclassificeerd en als cultureel erfgoed voor toekomstige generaties verzekerd. Dikwijls krijgen de gidsen de vraag of hier wel gebrouwen wordt, omdat het als een museum oogt. En dat doen ze hier zeker, brouwen. Maar dan van late herfst tot het voorjaar want de temperatuur moet gemiddeld best onder de 10 graden blijven omdat er anders teveel andere ongewenst gisten in het bier actief worden.
