Jules Leclercq bouwde in 1913 een nieuwe kapel rechts langs het nieuwe wegeltje dat vanuit de Vogelzangstraat buiten zijn domein werd aangelegd. Dit kapelletje kwam ook in verval en werd afgebroken. Een nieuwe kapel werd in 1954 langs de linkerzijde van dit wegeltje gebouwd en toegewijd aan O.L.Vrouw Onbevlekte Ontvangenis. Pastoor De Clerck was de initiatiefnemer, Albert Neys de architect en de firma Aenspeck zorgde voor de uitvoering. Het is een kapel in breuksteen met omlijstingen, dakstenen en nokkruis in blauwe hardsteen. De voor- en zijramen hebben een spitsboog. Het zadeldak is met leien bedekt. Als inscriptie vinden we ‘1954 Mariajaar’. In 1978 werd de kapel gerestaureerd door Pastoor Gijsbrechts.
