Well done if you get up this hill with out stopping.
The record for climbing this hill on a bicycle was set by Stuart Dangerfield in the National Hill Climb Championships 1995.
He did it in 3min 45 seconds. That's not a misprint !
Getting up Ditchling Beacon without stopping or walking will be an incredible achievement considering you have just ridden most of this challenging Cyclosportive event.
Unlike the London to Brighton this is not the last hill you still have to get up Combe road and Bear road in Brighton.
