Het Oklahoma flatgebouw heeft een merkwaardige architectuur. Naast de opvallende kleuren steken er grote delen van het gebouw uit als zwevende flats boven de omliggende parking. Een uitstekende wijze om plaats te sparen. De reden waarom dit gebouw er zo uit ziet is dat er geen 100 woningen op het bouwkavel pasten. Dus hebben ze er maar 13 appartementen aan de buitenkant bij opgehangen. Die appartementen steken tot 11 meter buiten de gevel uit. Het gebouw dateert uit 1997.
