En el viejo puente arqueado de Polleur sobre el río Hoëgne, se celebra una gran fiesta el último domingo de julio. Es una abundancia de baile y juego, pastel y salchicha.
Por la mañana, los jóvenes hombres salen a cazar "la bestia" o "mâle bièsse". Esta bestia es un centauro y supuestamente hace referencia al antiguo mito celta de Arduina. Tradicionalmente, el hombre casado más joven del puente es arrojado al río Hoëgne porque no participa en la caza.
