Lefkes
is one of the gorgious villages on the islands of the Aegean Sea, in
Greece. It is located on Paros. Besides the fact that it's a must to visit when you are on the island because of its beauty, there is another reason to visit the town. If you go to the graveyard, you will notice that a lot of people became older than 100 years. This was investigated by UNESO. It showed that the residents of Lefkes to be among the long-lived in Europe, because of their diet. Their diet is based on olive oil, pulses, greens, good bread, minimum of meat, fish,.....
