Route Zoeken
Trying to find a specific route from the currently more than 32 000 public routes on RouteYou is quite essential. To support you in that task, we provide two new solutions on the  RouteSearcher:
  • 1) Find "fitting routes" using a keyword and the Auto Zoom:
    • When you enter a keyword, and the Auto zoom is switched on (default), your map will pan and zoom  over the world to show the "fitting routes". Beware that we implemented the keyword search in a loose sense. This means that we try to find a match with your keyword in the title, the description and the area locations of the route. If you check for "New York", you will not only get routes in de place New York, but also routes with a desciption containing "Café New York".
    • If you only want to see the routes in a specific area (such as New York), switch off the Auto zoom and zoom in on the requested area. Fill in any keyword and you get the results for that area only. Your map will not "jump" anymore.
  • 2) Quick refining via the type-selection
    • Select one of the type knobs to select the routes only of that type. The last knob represents all routes (including those of other types, besides walking, cyciling, motorbiking).
      • abcd
  • Are there other type of routes?
    • Sure! You can find them via the "More options" tab..
    • You will find a wide choice via "Characteristics": "Mountainbike routes, Boats, Racing bike suitable, Nordic Walking,...". If you think we miss an interesting one, let us know via

Try out the RouteSearcher!
