Starting from car park, Leave past visitors centre and turn right up the hill. Follow route up the hill, (Very steep and wet in March makes going very difficult).
Once up hill following short trail to cross roads. Big downhill and turn left to come back on yourself. meander down the hill until you come out near the play area.
Cross over road and follow hill up past play area. many tracks with mtb practise area to the left. once at top of the hill meanders down a little then turning right to meander away through the trees along brook edge. finally come out back at play area onto road and easy ride back to car park.
Approx 4 miles. 40 minutes, Hard and medium ride, Not for family and children. suite more experienced rider.
