El bisbat d' Acireale és una seu de l'Església catòlica, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Catània, que pertany a la regió eclesiàstica Sicília. El 2012 tenia 227.900 batejats d'un total de 231.300 habitants. Actualment està regida pel bisbe Antonino Raspanti.
La diòcesi comprèn 18 municipis de la part septentrional de la província de Catània : Aci Bonaccorsi, Aci Castello, Aci Catena, Acireale, Aci Sant'Antonio, Calatabiano, Castiglione di Sicilia, Fiumefreddo di Sicilia, Giarre, Linguaglossa, Mascali, Milo, Piedimonte Etneo, Randazzo, Riposto, Sant'Alfio, Valverde, i part del municipi de Santa Venerina.
