Die Lukmanierleitung ist eine 380-kV-Drehstrom-Hochspannungsleitung über den Lukmanierpass in der Schweiz. Die etwa 100 Kilometer lange Freileitung wurde in den Jahren 1948 bis 1949 errichtet. Wie das gesamte Schweizer Höchstspannungsnetz wird sie vom Unternehmen Swissgrid betrieben.
Die Gesamtroute führt von Mettlen bei Inwil nach Lavorgo. Auf dem 52 Kilometer langen Abschnitt bis Amsteg verläuft meist parallel zu ihr die Gotthardleitung. Zwischen Mettlen und Amsteg sind an denselben Masten drei Stromkreise angebracht, die im Unterwerk Amsteg enden.
