Das Castello di Barletta ist eine Küstenfestung in Barletta in der italienischen Region Apulien. Die heutige Anlage ist das architektonische Resultat einer Reihe von An- und Umbauten durch eine Reihe mehrerer aufeinander folgender Dynastien vom 11. bis zum 18. Jahrhundert. Ursprünglich war die Festung, umgeben vom Meer, das auch den Graben rund um die Burg füllte und sie vor möglichen feindlichen Angriffen schützte, zum Zwecke der Verteidigung errichtet worden und ist heute ein strategischer Punkt im Stadtleben und wichtiger Meilenstein der Stadt. Heute ist sie Sitz der Stadtbibliothek, des Stadtmuseums und eines Versammlungs- und Ausstellungssaals.
