Ruurlo es un pueblo en la Achterhoek Gelderland, en el municipio de Berkelland. El pueblo de Ruurlo se fusionó el 1 de enero de 2005 con Borculo, Eibergen y Neede para formar el nuevo municipio de Berkelland.
El lugar se encuentra en la línea de tren Zutphen-Winterswijk, que se inauguró en 1878, y tiene su propia estación. La carretera principal entre Zutphen y Winterswijk pasa por Ruurlo, y la bifurcación hacia Lochem atraviesa el núcleo de la localidad. A finales del siglo XX, se construyó un by-pass alrededor del pueblo que aligeró el tráfico en el núcleo.
