Le Collège de l'Abbaye de Saint-Maurice est une école de maturité semi-privée et mixte, rattachée à l'abbaye de Saint-Maurice d'Agaune . D'abord école monastique depuis le VIe siècle , il a été officiellement reconnu par la République du Valais en 1806. Il compte parmi ses anciens élèves le bienheureux Maurice Tornay qui y fit ses études de 1925 à 1931, avant d'entrer au noviciat du Grand-Saint-Bernard.
Le recteur de cet établissement, un chanoine , est à la tête d'un corps professoral de 85 personnes. Une partie de ses 870 élèves peuvent s'y inscrire en internat.
