La cathédrale Saint-Kilian de Wurtzbourg, appelée communément cathédrale de Wurtzbourg est un édifice religieux catholique sis à Wurtzbourg qui est église cathédrale du diocèse catholique de Wurtzbourg, dans le Land de Bavière en Allemagne. L'édifice est de style roman.
L'édifice actuel, construit à partir de 1040 par saint Brunon, évêque de Wurtzbourg, passe pour être la quatrième plus grande basilique romane d'Allemagne. C'est la troisième église sur le site: les deux précédentes, construites aux alentours de 787 et 855, ont été détruites par le feu. Après le décès accidentel de saint Brunon en 1045, son successeur saint Adalbéron termine la construction en 1075.
