Le musée Solomon R. Guggenheim ou Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum est un musée d'art moderne situé sur la Cinquième avenue dans l'Upper East Side à New York, aux États-Unis. C'est le plus connu des différents musées créés par la fondation Solomon R. Guggenheim. Aussi il est souvent appelé simplement le Guggenheim. Il compte en 2005 environ 6 000 œuvres dont 3 % seulement sont exposées.
À l'origine, son nom était « The Museum of non-objective painting », que l'on peut traduire par « musée de la peinture non figurative ». Il fut créé pour être un lieu d'exposition de l'art d'avant-garde d'artistes modernistes tels que Wassily Kandinsky et Piet Mondrian. L'emplacement actuel du musée, à l'angle de la 89e rue et de la Cinquième avenue, dominant Central Park, date de 1959, après que le nouveau bâtiment fut dessiné par Frank Lloyd Wright, qui décéda avant la fin des travaux et l'ouverture du musée le 21 octobre 1959.
