El gratacel Intempo és l'edifici residencial més alt d'Europa. Està ubicat a Benidorm , té 198 metres d'altura i 47 plantes. El juny de 2019 s'ha iniciat la comercialització dels seus 256 apartaments. El juliol de 2021 ha finalitzat les obres.
En els seus inicis la construcció del projecte va patir nombrosos contratemps que van ocasionar que la data d'inauguració, prevista inicialment per al 2010 hagués de ser posposada diverses vegades. El projecte va ser presentat el 19 de gener de 2006, i les obres de construcció van arrencar el 2 de maig de 2007. En el decurs de la seva construcció a Espanya va esclatar la bombolla immobiliària i les obres es van paralitzar. Posteriorment van continuar a càrrec del Sareb fins a finalitzar l'estructura al 2012.
