Das Hamilton Mausoleum ist ein Mausoleum in der schottischen Stadt Hamilton in der Council Area South Lanarkshire. 1971 wurde das Bauwerk in die schottischen Denkmallisten in der höchsten Kategorie A aufgenommen.
Alexander Douglas-Hamilton, 10. Duke of Hamilton ließ das Mausoleum auf dem Anwesen des Hamilton Palace errichten. Im Jahre 1840 ließ er hierzu einen Entwurf des schottischen Architekten David Hamilton umsetzen. Nach dessen Ableben drei Jahre später stockte der Bau. 1848 übernahm David Bryce das Projekt und setzte bis 1855 einen abgeänderten Entwurf um. Für die Steinmetzarbeiten zeichnet Alexander Handyside Ritchie verantwortlich.
