La diócesis de Cefalù es una sede de la Iglesia católica sufragánea de la arquidiócesis de Palermo, perteneciente a la región eclesiástica Sicilia. En 2013, contaba 111.700 bautizados sobre una población de 114.200 habitantes. El obispo actual es Vincenzo Manzella.[1]
El territorio de la diócesis comprende la ciudad de Cefalù y los municipios de Alia, Alimena, Aliminusa, Blufi, Bompietro, Caltavuturo, Campofelice di Roccella, Castelbuono, Castellana Sicula, Collesano, Gangi, Geraci Siculo, Gratteri, Isnello, Lascari, Montemaggiore Belsito, Petralia Soprana, Petralia Sottana, Polizzi Generosa, Pollina, San Mauro Castelverde, Sclafani Bagni, Scillato y Valledolmo.[2]
