Situé au coeur d'Holnon, tout au bout de l'allée des Hirondelles et à quelques dizaines de mètres de la RD 1029, le cimetière de la Chapelle est le lieu de sépulture de 622 soldats britanniques dont 262 ne sont pas identifiés. Les soldats reposant dans ce cimetière, créé après l'armistice, ont été tués en 1917 et 1918 lors des batailles à l'ouest de Saint-Quentin.
