Le château d'Inveraray est un château situé au nord est de la petite ville d'Inveraray, en Écosse. Il est le fief du chef de la branche sud du clan Campbell, le duc d'Argyll.
Le bâtiment initial, construit par Colin Campbell, 1er duc d'Argyll, date du XVe siècle. Il est démoli lors de la construction du château actuel par Archibald Campbell, 3e duc d'Argyll. Les travaux, conduits par l'architecte Roger Morris sur des plans de l'architecte John Vanbrugh réalisés en 1720 pour John Campbell, 2e duc d'Argyll, se sont étendus de 1744 à 1758.
