La Casa Bonaventura Ferrer és un edifici modernista situat al número 113 del passeig de Gràcia, al barri de Gràcia de Barcelona. Actualment es fa servir com a hotel, conegut amb el nom d'El Palauet. És un projecte de l'arquitecte Pere Falqués i Urpí realitzat l'any 1906 i consta de planta i quatre pisos. A la façana, de tres cossos verticals, hi destaca en primer lloc la tribuna, amb escultura treballada en pedra i un gran buit al seu basament, amb un contrapunt entre els espais buit i ple. La porta i els balcons són de ferro forjat, i el seu coronament és d'inspiració barroca. És una obra protegida com a Bé Cultural d'Interès Local.
