Das Kapuzinerkloster Laufenburg ist ein abgegangenes Kloster des Kapuzinerordens in der Stadt Laufenburg im Kanton Aargau in der Schweiz. Die Grundsteinlegung erfolgte 1654. Das Kloster wurde 1810 aufgehoben. Der mehrfach umgebaute und teilabgerissene Klosterkomplex wurde bis zum Neubau im Jahr 1982 als Bezirksspital genutzt. Auf dem ehemaligen Areal steht heute das Altenzentrum Klostermatte.
