La Asociación Internacional de Boxeo conocida anteriormente como la Asociación Internacional de Boxeo Aficionado es la organización internacional que se dedica a regular las normas del boxeo aficionado a nivel competitivo, así como de celebrar periódicamente competiciones y eventos. Recientemente, la AIBA ha empezado a tener su propia versión profesional, no obstante los boxeadores podrán seguir teniendo estatus Olímpico.
Actualmente tiene su sede en Lausana y cuenta en 2016 con la afiliación de 196 federaciones nacionales.[1] El presidente en funciones, desde 2018, es Gafur Rahimov de Uzbekistán.
