Grouville es una de las doce parroquias de Jersey, una dependencia del Reino Unido ubicada en las Islas del Canal. Se ubica al sudeste de la isla y tiene una superficie de 7,8 km² y posee una población de 4.702 habitantes . Limita con las parroquias de Saint Clement, Saint Savoiur y Saint Martin. La parroquia comparte junto con la vecina Saint Martin la dedicación a San Martín de Tours.
Está dividida administrativamente en cuatro vingtaine: Vingtaine des Marais, Vingtaine de la Rue, Vingtaine de Longueville y Vingtaine de la Rocque. El archipiélago de Les Minquiers forman parte de la parroquia. Conforma un distrito electoral y elige un diputado.
