La Diócesis de Reno es un territorio eclesiástico de la Iglesia católica en el norte de Nevada en Estados Unidos, centrada en la ciudad de Reno. Debido a tanta insistencia del cardenal George Mundelein, Arzobispo de Chicago, el Papa Pío XI estableció la Diócesis el 27 de marzo de 1931. Fue rebautizado como la Diócesis de Reno-Las Vegas por el Papa Pablo VI el 13 de octubre de 1976. El 21 de marzo de 1995 el Papa Juan Pablo II cambió de nuevo a la Diócesis de Reno, mientras que la división de Las Vegas pasó a ser una nueva diócesis.
Está formado por los condados de Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Elko, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Pershing, Storey y Washoe. El obispo de Reno tiene su sede litúrgica y canónica en la Catedral de Santo Tomás de Aquino.
