Le Ménez Hom [menez‿om] prononcé localement [mene'om] et ['mine'xum] ˈɣɔ̃mː]) est une montagne située en Bretagne, dans le département du Finistère, en pays de Cornouaille, entre l'Aulne et le terroir de Porzay, sur le territoire des communes de Plomodiern, Saint-Nic, Trégarvan et Dinéault où elle culmine à 329 mètres d'altitude. Elle domine la rade de Brest et la baie de Douarnenez, et termine les montagnes Noires. Le site a été classé patrimoine naturel en 2004 pour sa faune et sa flore.
