Le Rovasenda est un torrent du Piémont qui se situe brièvement dans la province de Biella puis qui baigne la province de Verceil. Il est tributaire du Cervo.
En amont de l'ancienne SS 142 Biellese, ce cours d'eau prend le nom de torrent Giara. Encore plus en amont, dans les environs de Castelletto Villa, un hameau de Roasio, il est réparti en diverses branches. Le périmètre de son bassin est de 73 kilomètres.
