La diocesi di Cefalù è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Italia suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Palermo appartenente alla regione ecclesiastica Sicilia. Nel 2016 contava 111.800 battezzati su 116.500 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Giuseppe Marciante.
La diocesi comprende la città di Cefalù e i comuni di Alia, Alimena, Aliminusa, Blufi, Bompietro, Caltavuturo, Campofelice di Roccella, Castelbuono, Castellana Sicula, Collesano, Gangi, Geraci Siculo, Gratteri, Isnello, Lascari, Montemaggiore Belsito, Petralia Soprana, Petralia Sottana, Polizzi Generosa, Pollina, San Mauro Castelverde, Sclafani Bagni, Scillato e Valledolmo.
