Di origine medievale, fu ricostruita nel 1942 più ampia e in forme neorinascimentali. Sulla facciata spiccano il portale e l'occhio centrale in pietra serena scolpita con fiori e ghirlande. Dei secoli precedenti restano la torre campanaria, la navata sinistra del Trecento e la cappella del fonte battesimale di epoca barocca.
