Routes linked to ley lines. Ley lines are lines along which some important historical locations are placed. They were described by Alfred Watkins in his book `The Old Straight Track. He noticed that in the landscape of Herefordshire one can see plenty of straight paths, roads, settelements along a line. He noticed that a lot of placenames on these lines ended on -ley, hence the name ley lines.
The routes presented here are routes following parts of the famous ley lines.
