De Basilica di Santa Pudenziana is een vierde-eeuwse kerk op de Esquilijn in Rome, gewijd aan de heilige Pudentiana, zuster van de Heilige Praxedis en dochter van de Heilige Pudens.
De Santa Pudenziana werd gebouwd op de plaats van een tweede-eeuws huis. In de vierde eeuw werd het gebouw omgebouwd tot een kerk met drie schepen. De Romaanse klokkentoren werd toegevoegd in de dertiende eeuw, en verbouwingen in 1588 voegden de drie schepen samen tot één.
