Saive és un nucli del municipi belga de Blegny a la província de Lieja a la regió valona. Es troba a l'altiplà de Herve i és regat pel riu Julienne.
El nom prové del llatí silva o bosc i és de la mateixa etimologia del català selva. A l'inici era una clariana al mig del bosc que cobria tot el País d'Herve i del qual només romà l'Hertogenwald.
