Saive è un comune nella provincia belga di Liegi e rappresenta una frazione del comune di Blegny. Fino al 1 gennaio 1977 era un comune autonomo. A sud di Saive si trova il quartiere di Parfondvaux. Il nome Saive deriva dal latino silva, che significa bosco. Saive è stato menzionato per la prima volta in forma scritta nel 1242.
