Aquesta capella de maó es troba prop d'una granja que data del segle XVIII. La pròpia capella data del segle XX.
La capella està dedicada a Santa Teresa de Lisieux. És una santa francesa i Doctora de l'Església Catòlica Romana. També s'anomena "la petita Teresa" en distinció de Santa Teresa d'Àvila.
És la patrona dels missioners i de l'obra missionera , i de França i Rússia. La seva festa és l'1 d'octubre
