El Torneig de Gstaad 2018, oficialment conegut com a J. Safra Sarasin Swiss Open Gstaad 2018, és una competició tennística jugada sobre terra batuda que està inclosa dins de les sèries 250 de l'ATP. La 51a edició del torneig es va celebrar entre el 21 i el 29 de juliol de 2018 al Roy Emerson Arena de Gstaad, Suïssa.
El tennista italià Matteo Berrettini va aconseguir el doblet imposant-se en ambdues finals i obtenir els primers títols del seu palmarès.
