Die J. Safra Sarasin Swiss Open Gstaad 2018 waren ein Tennisturnier, welches vom 23. bis 29. Juli 2018 in Gstaad stattfand. Es war Teil der ATP World Tour 2018 und wurde im Freien auf Sand ausgetragen. In derselben Woche wurden in Atlanta die BB&T Atlanta Open sowie in Hamburg die German Tennis Championships gespielt. Letztere gehören zur Kategorie ATP World Tour 500, während die anderen beiden Turniere zur niedriger dotierten Kategorie ATP World Tour 250 gezählt werden.
Der Titelverteidiger im Einzel war Fabio Fognini. Im Doppel waren Oliver Marach und Philipp Oswald im Vorjahr erfolgreich.
