Ojos Negros és un municipi d'Aragó situat als vessants de la Sierra Menera, a la província de Terol i enquadrat a la comarca de Jiloca. Té una àrea de 90,71 km² amb una població de 510 habitants i una densitat de 5,85 hab/km². També té un molí de vent restaurat cap a l'any 2000. El topònim d'Ojos Negros es creu que prové de les taques fosques produïdes per la calcinació de les escòries en grans clots en el procés de forja.
