La Reial Col·legiata Basílica de San Isidoro o, simplement, San Isidoro, és un temple cristià a la ciutat de Lleó, a Espanya. És un dels conjunts arquitectònics d'estil romànic més destacats d'Espanya, per la seva història, arquitectura, escultura, i pels objectes sumptuaris romànics que s'han pogut conservar. Presenta la particularitat de tenir un Panteó Reial als peus de l'església, amb pintura mural romànica i capitells excepcionals, tot la qual cosa fa que sigui peça única del món romànic de l'època. El conjunt va ser construït i engrandit durant els segles xi i xii. És Monument Històric Artístic des del 9 de febrer de 1910.
