Basílica de San Isidoro de León er en kirke i León, Spanien, beliggende på stedet for et gammelt romersk tempel. Dens kristne rødder kan føres tilbage til det tidlige 10. århundrede, da et kloster for Sankt Johannes Døberen blev opført på grunden. I 1063 blev basilikaen genindviet til Sankt Isidore af Sevilla. Isidore var ærkebiskop af Sevilla og den mest berømte akademiker og teolog i visigothisk Spanien i perioden før de arabiske invasioner. Med aftale med Abbad II al-Mu'tadid, den muslimske hersker over Sevilla, blev Isidores relikvier bragt til León, hvor de kunne blive begravet på kristen jord. Helgenens grav tiltrækker stadig mange besøgende i dag. En hestestatue af Sankt Isidore klædt som en maurdræber er synlig, sammen med mange andre skulpturer, højt oppe på facaden.
